How do I cancel my Credit Builder Loan?

To cancel your Credit Builder Loan:

1. Go to your Refresh Dashboard and click on the "See more" button for your Credit Builder Loan.
2. Go to the "I want to" drop-down and click on "Cancel my loan".
3. Review your available funds or possible outstanding balance owed from early cancellation, then click on the "Yes, proceed" button. 
4. Select your cancellation reason then click on "Next".
5. Scroll down to "Customer Support" and click on "Submit" to send your cancellation request to us. 
6. An agent will be in touch shortly to assist with your cancellation request.
