If you need to make a Loan Protection Program (LPP) claim, please contact us at care@refreshfinancial.ca to receive the required documentation and instructions. LPP protects you in case of disability, loss of employment, or unexpected death by covering your loan payments.
This program was discontinued on Oct 7th, 2021, however, we continue to support existing members who are currently enrolled in this program. If you cancel LPP, you will not be able to re-enroll.
