We ask for your banking information in the following instances:
- If you prefer to pay your card deposit via pre-authorized debit instead of an e-Transfer
- If we don't support e-Transfers for your financial institution (i.e. Desjardins), then you'll need to make a payment by setting up a pre-authorized debit instead.
- If you're cancelling your card, we will need your banking details to refund your security deposit
