Before your credit limit increase can be applied to your card, please ensure you have completed the following:
1. Signed the electronic credit limit increase agreement document: Look for an email from Refresh Financial via CongaSign <firstname.lastname@example.org> (Note: If you don't see the email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder).
2. Sent the deposit for the incremental credit limit increase amount, you can do this from your Refresh Dashboard (Check out this article for information on how to do this: How do I make my Secured Card deposit?
Depending on how you sent the deposit to us, it can take anywhere from 3 business days (via e-Transfer) or 10 business days (via pre-authorized debit) for the funds to clear. After the funds have cleared you should see the increase applied to your card in 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Your credit limit will only be in effect once the credit limit increase agreement has been signed and your deposit has been processed. Kindly note, credit limits can't be decreased at a later time.
