30 days is the longest it may take for us to process the closure of your Secured Card. However, most clients will receive their deposit refund sooner. To avoid any further delays, please ensure your banking details are on file in your dashboard. We don't refund credit card deposits via cheques. If we don’t have your banking information for this account on file, you can provide your banking details to us directly in one of the following ways:
- Confirm your banking information using our online verification system, Inverite. Please email care@refreshfinancial.ca with the subject "Inverite" and let us know you want to verify your bank via Inverite and we’ll send you a link via text and/or email for you to easily verify your bank details (Fastest method).
Alternatively, you can also confirm your bank account using one of the options below if you’re okay with a longer processing time.
- Email us a pre-authorized debit payment form with a bank teller stamp, including your signature, full name, and date.
- Email us a copy of a void cheque.
- Email us a screenshot of your online banking information with your full name, transit, branch, and account numbers clearly visible.
