Unfortunately, your PIN can't be changed. For added security, the PIN provided with your card is hard wired into the chip. If you’ve lost or forgotten your PIN, we will need to issue you a brand new replacement card. It usually takes 4-6 weeks for the replacement card to arrive in the mail.
