Even though your Secured Card is cancelled, you can continue to make a payment toward your outstanding balance during the 90 day hold period in one of three convenient ways:
- Request an e-Transfer through your Refresh Dashboard (This is the fastest option and payments are applied to your card in 1-2 days)
- Add “Refresh Financial Card Payment” as a bill payee through your online banking. Your account number is your 16 digit card number. (Payments are applied in 3-5 business days. However, if an error is made when entering your card number, it can take up to 10 business days)
- Pre-authorized debit through your Refresh Dashboard (It can take the bank 10 business days to process this payment)
